Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Assistant

Responsibilities：

• Handle recruitment matters for Hong Kong and APAC market
• Handle full spectrum recruitment process for both frontline and office roles including sourcing and shortlisting of candidates, conducting interviews, reference checks and making offers
• Liaise and work closely with different departments to facilitate successful hiring
• Help in research of recruitment activities of relevant companies and market trends (talent, profiles, salary, benefits, procedures, organization, etc)
• Update and maintain recruitment reports and database to ensure accuracy
• Design, develop and implement projects related to talent acquisition.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as required

Requirements: 

• Higher diploma or above in Human Resources Management
• At least 1 year's recruitment experience 
• Self-motivated, independent, energetic, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (with full fluency in Cantonese and English)
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Recruitment Officer
