Our Property Management Company,  Hang Luen Chong Property Management Co. Ltd. is now looking for high caliber candidates for the following position:

Responsibilities:

• To assist to prepare maintenance budget;
• To supervise the contractors on site and check quality and progress of work;
• To handle emergencies due to breakdown of essential building services; 
• In-charge of all aspects on maintenance, repairs and improvement works;
• To prepare and consolidate the monthly R&M report;

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder in Building Services/Mechanical Engineering, Building Surveying or related disciplines or above;
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience;
• Registered Electrical worker with EMSD;
• Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card);
• Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese and English.
