We are looking for the position of  Accounting Assistant in our Finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Finance team is an essential supporter of the smooth operations of all departments, and Accounting Assistant will be an important anchor of the Finance team with a “can-do” attitude. Reporting to the Assistant Operation Accountant, this role is the backbone for ensuring precision and timeliness from the start.
• Provide general support mainly for the Accounts Receivable, include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts
• Perform other accounting duties and ad hoc assignment

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or above in Accountancy
• Details oriented, strong analytical skills, independent and take initiatives
• Good communication skills
• Able to handle multi-tasks, meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
