Job Description

Job Responsibilities 

• Responsible for account receivable, reconcile daily settlement between POS and actual receipt.
• Assist in credit card and instalment receivable, sales adjustment and cash count at store.
• Perform routine accounting functions such as data entry, Invoice, document filing and preparing vouchers etc.
• Provide general clerical support, petty cash handling, system entries.
• Assist in accounting schedules and bank reconciliations for accounts month-end closing.
• Outdoor work may be required.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / LCC or above in Accounting.
• At least 2 yearsworking experience in accounting field , preferably in beauty industry.
• Good knowledge ofMicrosoft Excel & Word applications and experience with DacEasy Accounting System.
• Self-motivated, responsible, good team-player, able to work independently.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
