Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling accounting transactions and general support of daily accounting function
• Processing invoices in accordance with our policies and procedures
• Reconcile processed payments of goods and services incurred with proper documentation
• Prepare management reports, financial reports, budgets and forecasts
• Liaise with external auditors and tax professionals, and provide support in audit and tax preparation
• Perform ad hoc projects as required

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma holder in Business, Finance/Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in hotel/serviced residence preferred
• Self-motivated with a sense of ownership and accountability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting System
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
