JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling all activities relevant to the Front Desk such as the reception, check in/out, rooming of all hotel guests, foreign exchange
• Assisting guests with inquiries
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
• At least 2 year of experience in similar role with hotel industry
• Good command of written and spoken English

Less experience will be considered as Front Desk Agent.
