Central Administration

Responsibilities

• Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting (through email, phone or in person).
• Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices
• Developing and overseeing the installation of systems, which include software and hardware.
• Organization webpage updating.
• To work closely with vendors and end user representative for project task process
• Maintain hardware and software inventory
• Coordinate with vendors on hardware and software for procurement and maintenance purpose.
• Maintaining and updating technical documentation
• Provide end-user training.
• Perform any other IT administration work assigned by Supervisor.
• On-site support to service units in different locations
• Follow up ad-hoc IT related task, non-office hour support is required but rare

Requirements

• A recognized Diploma/Certificate or above in Information Technology (IT) or related discipline
• Grade E or above in English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in HKCEE, or level 2 or above in English Language and Chinese Language in HKDSE, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years working experience related to IT administration, support and troubleshooting is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• A team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communications skill and self-motivated
• Able to work independently

Technical Skills

• Experience in VPN, AD Server, Server Backup Application, Wifi System, Video Editing, Webpage Editing, CCTV handling and administration is preferable.
• Knowledge in Windows Server, Networking, Firewall, VMWare, Linux, NAKIVO, SAN Storage, HA Solution will be an advantage.
