Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with certificate in Hospitality Management
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Customer-oriented with strong communications skills and telephone skills
• Good command of spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Able to work independently and shift duty is required
