Job Description
What you will do:
- Provide courteous, professional and efficient F&B service at all times
- Create a memorable dining experience to customers
- Assist the Manager to ensure a seamless operation
- Build and maintain positive rapport with customers
- Strive to constantly satisfy customers’ needs and delight the customers
What you should have:
- Qualification in Food and Beverage Service training; preferably Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management
- Minimum 2 years working experience as Supervisor in a hotel or restaurant with good standards
- Good knowledge of food and beverage
- Good communication skills and language skill
- A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
You will experience:
