Ramada Hong Kong Harbour View is a 38-storeys high-rise hotel with 432 guest rooms located on Queen’s Road West in Hong Kong Island. Most of the rooms are facing the famous Victoria Harbour adopting a modern chic design with dining facilities and a roof top swimming pool.

Job Duties

• Assist the Front Office Manager to supervise daily operations of the Front Desk;
• Coordinate with all departments especially in non-office hours to ensure smooth operation of the Hotel; 
• Response to guest comments and complaints to maintain Hotel service standards;
• Handle emergency cases in accordance with hotel policies and procedures;
• Work closely with Reservation on daily basis to maxmize room occupancy & enhance room rate;

Job Requirements

• Degree or diploma holder in Hospitality Management with 5 years or above hotel front office operation experience;
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good knowledge of market intelligence and developing on day business;
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
