Job Duties:

• Reconcile and accurately record payments for goods and services, ensuring proper documentation
• Process invoices following hotel policies and procedures
• Assist the Finance Manager in monitoring hotel assets and preparing financial reports
• Perform any additional tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Finance/ Accounting/ Hospitality or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience, preferably in Hospitality industry
• Detail-oriented, Independent, Strong sense of integrity and responsibility
• Hands-on computer skill in Microsoft Office & Accounting software
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience may also be considered
