Guest Relations Manager

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-in and check-out in a professional manner
• Supervise the overall activities at the Front Desk
• Ensure a smooth and efficient operation at the Front Desk
• Provide guest service and enhance the satisfaction from our guests 

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma holder in Hotel Management, Front Office or other related disciplines
• 6 years at Front Desk experience with minimum of 2 years in the capacity of Supervisory level or above
• Good command in English & Chinese (Mandarin)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Guest-oriented, friendly and courteous

**Candidate with less experience will be considered as Guest Relations Supervisor**
