Job Description - Guest Service Supervisor

Job Summary

  • Handle daily Front Desk operation including check-in/out services
  • Provide efficient and courteous service at the Front Desk 
  • Handle guests’ enquiries in a professional manner
  • Enhance guest satisfactions by handling guest enquiries and special requests

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience preferably in hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable, outgoing, independent and a good team player
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Shift duty is required
