Job Description - HR Manager - Hospitality / Premier Servicing Industry

Our client is looking to recruit an HR Manager for their hospitality portfolio, responsible for all employee-related procedures and craft HR strategies in alignment with business needs. Target candidates with 8-12 years of all-round HR experience gained from relevant industries, pays HKD45-50k/mth.

About The Client Our client is looking to recruit an HR Manager for their hospitality portfolio, responsible for all employee-related procedures and craft HR strategies in alignment with business needs.

About The Role Key responsibilities include recruiting and training new hires, managing employee data and taking steps to retain talents. To be successful in this role, you should have good knowledge of labour legislation and experience hiring employees for various roles and seniority levels. Ultimately, you will help run a health business where employees are happy, engaged and productive.

- Lead the recruitment process, including selection and interviewing of candidates as appropriate - Manage talent pools and succession plans to ensure operations efficiency and effectiveness - Collaborate with other department heads in the business, to ensure the smooth running of the company from a people perspective - Partner with senior stakeholders including HR Director, to establish and roll-out of people-related strategy - Provide detailed HR reports to senior management teams - Manage and revamp compensation and benefits schemes to ensure market competitiveness - Review and create employee handbooks, ensure ongoing compliance with laws - Handle employment relations issues such as grievances and employee; listen to and find resolutions to employee issues - Take care of ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements - Degree holder in Human Resources or relevant disciplines, with 8-12+ years of HR management experience - Prior experience working within hospitality / servicing sector highly regarded - Inquisitive with an open mind - Good negotiation and influencing skills communicating with senior business leaders - Strong verbal and written communications skills in English and Chinese - Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
