Responsibilities： 

• Provide clerical support to HR Department
• Assistant for recruitment issue
• Manage and maintain employee database records on system 
• Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports
• Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 1 year relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Young, Energetic, Responsible and be a good team player
