IT Technician

Job Description

We are currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated and dedicated  IT Technician  to join our studio in Hong Kong. The successful role will join the IT team supporting all of our studios globally. If you are passionate about working in a dynamic design led environment we would love to hear from you. 

Responsibilities:

• Daily Desktop support such as Installing hardware and software;
• Troubleshooting a variety of IT issues;
• Offering technical support via phone or email;
• Fixing equipment, including printers, IP Phone (known as peripherals);
• Setting up new equipment and upgrading existing systems;
• Recording problems and their solutions for future reference training clients on new systems or software applications;
• Keeping IT inventory and innovative knowledge up to date;
• Willing to remote support after office hour will be a plus.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates must have:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Studies, Information Technology or related

  qualifications

  ;
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience in IT system support (hardware, software installation & maintenance);
• Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills and ability to handle high demands;
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments easily;
• Ability to perform system / network support (Desktop / Mac, Windows Server with Hyper V technology), IPPBX, Firewall, VPN Connection, NAS;
• Fluency in Chinese and English communication skills – both written and verbal;
• Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines and provide ad-hoc support during non-office hours at times is required;
• Knowledge with Cisco product will be a plus;
• Immediate available is preferred.
