Job Description - Membership Management Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a new setup small team to manage & build up the new membership program – starting from scratch to generate new ideas from development till execution in order to boost up the membership recruitment and to sustain an end-to-end quality membership experience.
  • Excellent stakeholders' management both internally and externally across all levels of working partners, vendors, industry practitioners and potential networks in order to roll out various marketing campaigns, plans or activities which are beneficial to all members to foster their transitions and technology advancement.
  • Networking and liaising with private clubs or organization which would offer various kind of access/benefits to members (e.g. recreation, leisure, dining etc.)
  • Forecast the market trend and conduct analysis to conduct statistical reports with market figures/data for business review
  • Managing the Membership Team budget and to ensure revenue and all-rounded of the costs are in line with the budget as assigned
  • Reporting directly to General Manager and take up a leading role to formulate strategic ways, methods or tools to develop and acquire members for new membership program.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Sales/Marketing, or related Hospitality Management/Business discipline
  • At least 10 years’ relevant experience in membership management program or customer relationship management, in which 4 years at supervisory level
  • Willingness to be hands-on with strong customer-oriented sense to handle members’ inquiries directly
  • Occasional irregular working hours
