Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and exploring the supply chain/market trend
• Liaise with external and internal parties to ensure smooth day-to-day operation
• Conduct quotation and material costing comparison
• Maintain awareness of potential sources, products and cost savings opportunities
• Monitor suppliers’ performance to ensure high standard of products
• Report and work on the ad hocs assignment as assigned by the Managers
• Maintain the good network/relationship with the key potential suppler
• Conduct and comply with the standard of Policy & Procedures
• Maintain in the ESG Objective and comply with the regulation change of the Government

Qualifications

• A diploma holder or above in Purchasing and Supply or related disciplines
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in hotel purchasing or hospitality is an advantage.
• Positive thinking and motivative
• Initiative, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Sound negotiation skills and able to work under pressure
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge on computerized Purchasing system will be an advantage.
