Purchasing Assistant

We are looking for a  Purchasing Assistant  to join our Purchasing team at Central Support Office.

You can create result with us using your expertise to…

• Provide clerical support to the Purchasing team of daily operation such as supplier registration.
• Support Assistant Purchasing Manager in preparing food & beverage tender documents, and regular purchasing reports.
• Co-ordinate closely between vendors and kitchen team on the purchasing orders and quality issues.
• Carry out sourcing and procurement activities under supervision of Assistant Purchasing Manager which are in compliance with the company policy and control.

You can go that extra mile by using your skills and qualities including…

• 1-2 years of working experience in purchasing or merchandising, would be extra awesome to have food purchasing experience or be in hospitality industry.
• A diploma or equivalent professional qualification in Business, Hospitality, Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Ability to build a positive team spirit and communicate with various parties efficiently.
• Detail-minded and positive working attitude. 
• Proficiency in PC operations and Chinese word processing
• Professional training will be provided for higher calibrate candidates with skills in price negotiation, sourcing suppliers and data analysis.
• Fresh graduates with high potential will also be considered.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for roles of Assistant Purchasing Officer or Purchasing Officer.
