Quality Control Post, Medical Department

Job Responsibilities

1. Establish quality management goals and standards for the profession related to this position, and establish implementation, measurement and improvement mechanisms
2. Be able to skillfully use quality management tools such as RCA and FEMA, formulate improvement plans for key links and improvement priorities in quality management, implement continuous improvement, and achieve results
3. Assist each specialty quality management team to implement quality improvement work, and guide the use of quality management tools
4. Implement cross-departmental key quality improvement work
5. Independently undertake the work required by the graded hospital review standards and JCI review related standards
6. Carry out training and promotion of quality culture and quality management tools.

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor's degree
2. Work experience in medical and administrative management, outpatient management, and quality management in tertiary hospitals 3-5 years
3. Required majors: Public health and preventive medicine, clinical medicine
