Key Responsibilities

• Building trust with the patient, and a collaborative partnership with all stakeholders
• Conducting interviews, attending the follow-up appointments
• Preparing and issuing reports
• Follow-up of rehabilitation
• Co-ordinate treatments & medical examination
• Handle medical checkup arrangement with hospitals and laboratories liaison
• Assist general support and ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Regular work hours; 5-day week; Bank holidays; No night-shift duty required
• High Diploma or above with health-related, pharmacy, nursing, therapist, psychology, medical science, communications, journalism, humanities and literature or related discipline is preferred
• Well-organized, energetic, responsible with good interpersonal skills
• Computer knowledge in using Microsoft Office application
