Senior Accounts Clerk/ Accounts Clerk

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Receivable invoice and receipt preparation
• Handle Credit Card reconciliation
• Verify and prepare the Travel Agencies Commission Report
• Assist in daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable and General Ledger
• Assist in month-end closing and account reconciliation
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines
• Holder of LCCI level 2 will be considered in advance 
• 1 year or above experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferably
• Proficient in MS Office 
• Knowledge in Cambridge/ PMS/POS is an advantage 
• Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized and good communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk
