Responsibilities
1. Be able to serve as the leader of the doctor team, set reasonable goals for the quality control team, coordinate upstream and downstream businesses and lead the team to achieve the goals efficiently 2. While having strong specialist business, have a comprehensive Internet perspective, and be able to lead the quality control team to make reasonable plans based on business operation goals 3. Be familiar with medical industry rules and relevant policies, formulate reasonable quality control rules and promote their implementation based on medical compliance policies.
Qualifications
1. Experience working in a physical public hospital, regardless of department, and experience in offline hospital administration is preferred 2. Goal-oriented, with strong learning and communication skills, strong stress resistance, and the ability to be influential and persuasive in the doctor team 3. Experience in Internet hospitals and Internet projects is preferred.
