Job Responsibilities

1. Carry out work under the leadership of the department director and be fully responsible for all the work of the clinical team. The first person responsible for management
2. Responsible for the ward work of the main diagnosis team and determining the diagnosis and treatment plan. Preside over third-level or fourth-level surgeries or operations (including preoperative conversations), and guide subordinate doctors' first-level or second-level surgeries or operations
3. Responsible for the medical quality and patient safety of the attending team, and respond to medical complaints and Reception and handling of disputes
4. Emergency handling of patient emergencies in the department and in-hospital and in-hospital consultations arranged by the department
5. Proactively report difficult problems within the primary care group (including new patients, patients with poor diagnosis and treatment results) Patients, patients with unknown diagnosis, patients who have been hospitalized for more than a week, patients with signs of disputes), critical illness, death and other cases shall be submitted to the department for discussion and obey the department's discussion opinions
6. Responsible for arranging the chief consultation according to the department plan Organize the outpatient and emergency work of doctors

Qualifications

Education Degree: Master
Work experience:
More than 10 years of working experience in a level 3 or above hospital and working as deputy chief physician for at least 1 year. Applicants with overseas work experience are preferred, and have performed at least 1,000 cases of level 3 or above surgery. The above surgeries
