Job Description - Workplace Experience Coordinator

The Workplace Experience Coordinator is an integral part of Latham’s Workplace Experience team. This role will be responsible for acting as an essential member of customer-focused professionals to deliver a best-in-class experience to clients of the firm, while anticipating client needs through meticulous preparation and organisation. This role will be joining a well-established team that prides itself on collaboration and where every team member pitches in to serve our customers in the best way possible. This role will be located in our Hong Kong office and is a hybrid role that supports both guest services related tasks as well as facilities and print & mail services. Please note this role will require full-time on-site presence.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for facilities related requests including pro-actively identifying facilities issues and coordinating with vendors
  • Assisting and advising with all aspects of print & mail services to employees
  • Cultivating a genuine and personal connection with all clients and creating a customised experience so they can work seamlessly, productively, and efficiently
  • Providing best-in-class client service delivery that is timely, accurate and seamless; demonstrating sound judgement and problem-solving acumen
  • Evaluating, identifying, and implementing innovative ways to streamline and enhance service delivery to maximize the Workplace Experience
  • Consulting with clients to tailor requests to specifications; offering guidance in a poised and productive manner

  • Possess exceptional client service and communication skills and can find solutions to problems in a quick and calm manner
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative team and can contribute to an atmosphere of belonging and partnership
  • Demonstrate the ability to take initiative and feel empowered to take ownership and be decisive when supporting clients

And have:

  • Relevant experience in workplace experience, hospitality, customer service, or a related field
  • Additional knowledge of facilities management would be a bonus
