主要工作及職責：

1. 餐廳清潔工作（70%)

• 清潔所有餐具和廚房用具，透過洗碗碟機清洗，以確保所有器具徹底清潔。
• 清潔所有廚房設備，包括焗爐、爐頭及雪櫃等。
• 清潔餐廳及廚房內所有範圍包括枱面、鋅盤及地下等。
• 妥善處理餐廳的垃圾包括廚餘。

2. 食物處理 (20%)

• 負責預備食物和飲料，例如水果、蔬菜、安排茶點和沖調飲料等。
• 安排食物以自助餐、餐盤或餐盒形式提供予訪客。

3. 訪客服務 (5%)

• 於接待處協助處理訪客查詢。
• 於禮品店提供零售服務，例如收銀和點貨。

4. 活動場地及設施支援 (5%)

• 協助訪客中心佈置活動和會議的場地。

5. 輪班工作

• 此職位需於週未及假日輪班工作。

職位要求

• 具備豐富經驗於餐飲及客戶服務; 持有餐飲或客戶服務相關証書將作優先考慮; 具備良好粵語溝通能力、清潔及衛生意識、食物安全意識、客戶服務技巧、人際互動、溝通及組織能力和團隊合作精神，以及負責任、主動及可靠。
