Account Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Handling full set of accounts, prepare journal entries and accounts analysis independently 
• Reconciliation of supplier statement of accounts against statement accounts 
• In charge of daily accounting functions and payments handling and cash flow management 
• Responsible for the cost control & analysis, to assist the management to establish overall plan and implementing measures, determine the various cost element; 
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports and schedules 
• Handling the ordering system; Review and update inventory status to enhance cost efficiency 
• Any other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by superior 

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience, preferably in F&B industry 
• Solid experience in food and beverage operations and financial accounting 
• Diploma or above in Acc./ LCCI Level II or above 
• Good human relationship and supervisory skill 
• Positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, hardworking; willing to take up responsibilities; able to work under pressure 
• Proficiency in Ms office with knowledge in accounting software and ordering system
