Job Description - Analyst, HRBP, Human Resource Department

Job Requirement:

  • Responsible for supporting the implementation of regional and local Human Resource (HR) initiatives as well as processes into the Branch. HR initiatives include but not limited to attraction, selection, engagement and development, in order to align to the Bank’s direction/vision.
  • Responsible for providing sound HR advice to the Business Unit to support decision making on HR issues including but not limited to recruitment, termination of employment, organizational change, performance management and reward.
  • To maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders.
  • To work in partnership with colleagues to support the implementation of projects at a branch level.
  • To work in partnership with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Team to support the recruitment process.
  • To support the business on employee’s relation matters
  • To support development of robust campus recruitment framework and ensure the recruitment efficiency through employer branding strategies and quality internship experience to develop corporate image.
  • To ensure all HR practices and processes are in compliance with internal procedure and regulatory requirements.
  • To maintain HR systems and ensure HR data integrity.
  • To support the collaboration with Centre of Excellence (COE) in driving HR initiatives
  • To support the delivery of key annual HR processes including but not limited to annual review process, performance management, talent management and employee engagement survey.
  • To maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws, and regulations

Required qualification and experiences:

  • Degree qualified.
  • Desirable to have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with other departments.
  • Communication skills with ability to influence others and advise HR solutions. 
  • Knowledge of HR processes, practices and local employment laws.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word; knowledge of 'Workday' is an advantage
