Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the design and production of art actions in the game
2. Responsible for the review and modification of partner resources and the training of outsourcing teams
3. Independently complete animation design and continuously innovate to improve quality and expressiveness.
Qualifications
1. Fine arts related major, college degree or above more than three years of 3D game animation design and production experience
2. Proficient in the use of 3dsMax animation module familiar with related modules (models, etc.)
3. Proficient in Unity3D or UE4 modules and related plug-ins
4. Proficient in the use of animation movement rules, to produce smooth animation, accurate rhythm and clear character
5. Familiar with the game production process and the collaborative relationship between links, and have a clear understanding of the production technology methods of each link
6. Have experience in following up with partners, have good communication skills, and can help outsourcing improve efficiency and quality
7. Familiar with the current popular game art style, continue to pay attention to and understand the dynamics of the industry, and have a passion for the game industry
8. Strong learning ability, able to accept challenges, and withstand strong work pressure, with a strong sense of teamwork
9. The application resume must be accompanied by works.
