Ramada Hong Kong Grand View is providing 317 guest rooms which located on No. 88 Chun Yeung Street, North Point, on Hong Kong Island.

Presently, we are looking for high-caliber candidates for the positions of:

Assistant Admin. & Human Resource Officer (5-day Work Week 五天工作週)

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to general office administration
• Prepare minutes for regular meetings
• Handle recruitment process included job-ad posting, arrangement of interviews, verification of qualification
• Preparation of new join team members’ documentation
• Preparation of HR reports for leave records and attendance records
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
• Handle other ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in HR or administration field, experience in hotel industry is highly preferred
• Higher diploma in human resources management or hotel management
• Independent, well-organized and detail-minded
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
