Responsibilities:

• Answer telephone calls on enquiries
• Assist client for appointments/ sessions booking
• Handle outstanding case e.g., client request/ session transfer etc.
• Take message on feedback/ complaints and follow up with Fitness Manager
• Prepare PT contract and collect payment
• Assist PT booking/ package mapping in PURE360 and assign to trainer
• Session completion and verification in PURE360
• Provide clerical assistance to FM (PT roster, session upgrade/ transfer, PT lead, miss sale, PT handover, etc.)
• Data/ report requested by the team (individual performance, client list, cold call list, etc.)
• Other paperwork (Scanning of PT contracts/documents, forms and sheets, etc.)
• Make cold/warm call to our clients and arrange PT trials to achieve the monthly sales target
• Make after sales services call to our personal training clients to keep the relationship and follow up the service standard
• Get the CPR/AED certified and patrolling on the Gym floor to maintain the safety standard

Requirement:

• F.5 / DSE graduated
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Good communication and interpersonal skill with positive and helpful attitude
• Patient and cheerful personality
