Assistant Human Resource Officer

Responsibilities

• Participate in C&B exercises such as payroll calculation, final payments, attendance and leave management, salary wages and manpower reports
• Plan for company events/annual parties
• Support in recruitment including CV scanning, arranging interviews & reference checking etc.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as required

Qualification

• Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
• Around 2 years of solid experience in HR function
• Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & MPF regulations
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese 
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Words & PPT
