Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Kin Wing Engineering is principally engaged in a wide range of design and construction of foundation and site investigation projects. We are also undertaking other ancillary services including site formation, ELS and pile cap construction. Our clients comprise of the renowned private and public sectors in Hong Kong and Macau.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Support to Q.S. Department to handle and control for

1. Main-Contract / Sub-Contract Documents
2. Sub-letting and Cost Control
3. Cost Estimate, Measurement, Payment, and Final Account 

• Provide data / documents control, monitoring, and updating
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties for executing excellent QS services

Requirements:

• Form 5 / HKDSE or above
• Minimum 1 year of solid QS experience in the Foundation/Civil/Building category
• Working experience in the construction industry is highly preferred
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese
• Responsible, hardworking & willing to learn
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
  

Working Location:  Lai Chi Kok (5 minutes walking distance from MTR station)
