Job Description - Assistant Recruitment Manager / Recruitment Manager

Our client, a US based company, is a service provider in logistic solution. To cope with the business development, they are looking for a recruitment professional to join the HR team.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Establish recruitment strategies and implementation plan.
  • Lead a small team mange end-to-end recruitment process from job post to onboarding.
  • Closely work with hiring manager to learn the requirements.
  • Source new recruitment channel and keep update of industry trend.
  • Prepare monthly report and conduct analysis of recruitment data.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years recruitment experience gained from servicing and labor-intensive industry.
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
  • Aggressive and flexible, able to work at fast paced environment.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Advance level of Excel) and Chinese word processing.
