Associate / VP - Settlement, Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing HK securities, fixed incomes, OTC derivatives, equity transactions settlement etc.;
• Handle daily operations and settlement of securities, futures, stock options and other investment products, e.g. fund and stock deposit/withdrawal, settlement instruction, corporate actions, IPO subscription, placement, client statements and CCASS/DCCASS operations;
• Perform and monitor daily stock and cash reconciliation;
• Assist to prepare settlement payments and receipts, daily and monthly reports;
• Ensure daily settlement, all operation procedures are compliance with relevant regulations and company policies;
• Participate in system integration, UAT & modification;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent with 2 years of relevant working experience in settlement operations in Securities Firm;
• Solid Knowledge of CCASS, securities settlement;
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Enthusiastic, detail-minded, mature with positive attitude and a good team player;
• Immediate available is highly preferable.
