AV Supervisor

The Fullerton Hotels and Resorts owns and operates two award-winning hotels in Singapore: The Fullerton Hotel Singapore (opened in 2001) and The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore (opened in 2010). Both hotels anchor the historic and cultural Fullerton Heritage precinct, located in Marina Bay - the heart of Singapore’s city centre. The Fullerton Hotel Sydney debuted in October 2019, in the historic former Sydney General Post Office, marking The Fullerton Hotels and Resorts’ first international expansion.

The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong will be the first waterfront resort on Hong Kong Island, with over 400 guest rooms overlooking the spectacular South China Sea, located at the foot of the city’s most popular attraction in the Southside.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site AV technical support 
• Install, configure, operate, disassemble and troubleshoot AV equipment
• Oversee the set-up of AV equipment in ballroom, function rooms and meeting rooms
• Work closely with Catering Team to understand event orders’ AV requirements and propose tailored solutions
• Provide supports and solutions for ad-hoc requests that may not been specified in event orders
• Maintain AV inventory ensure all AV equipment are clean, functional and sorted accordingly

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Hotel AV experience or equivalent related experience
• Relevant certificate/professional qualification will be an advantage
• Green Card Holder
• Detail-minded and good interpersonal skills
• Independent and work as a team player
• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Work on night shift, weekends and/or holiday may be required
