Chun Wo was founded in 1968 and listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1993. It is a renowned construction company in Hong Kong in building construction, civil engineering, foundations, electrical and mechanical engineering, railway and transport engineering, maintenance engineering and interior design engineering. Construction and development projects of the Group are widely distributed in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Macau, Taiwan and Vietnam. Responsibilities:

• Supervise the work of BIM modellers in BIM implementation and carry out the duties of a BIM modeler if necessary;
• Supervise the production and version of BIM models and maintain the BIM dataset for various BIM Uses / applications in accordance with the relevant BIM Execution Plan, BIM standards and project specifications ;
• Coordinate and assist in BIM implementation and ensure the project BIM standards and project specifications and requirements;
• Assist the BIM Manager in BIM-related reporting or meetings;
• Assist and support the BIM Manager in BIM collaboration and coordination with the Employer, consultants, contractor, subcontractors, suppliers and others in construction team to meet the objectives of the project;
• Communicate and coordinate with different external project stakeholders in the various disciplines, and the external BIM operation;
• Carry out the 3D modeling and maintain the BIM library; 
• Provide training at project and team level.

Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Architectural, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline;
• Holder of CIC Certified BIM Co-ordinator (CCBC);
• Associate Member of Hong Kong Institute of Building Information Modelling (HKIBIM) is preferred;
• Minimum 3 years related Construction project experience, and a minimum of 2 year practical experience in 3D modelling software platform;
• Experience in working with Main Contractor is a must;
• Good knowledge of BIM standards including those published by the CIC and relevant international standards related to BIM; and
• Good knowledge and skills in the BIM hardware and software, and plug-ins required to be used;
• command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

** Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior BIM Coordinator.
