Job Description - Business Assistant

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist the regional general manager in handling the company's external work, including maintaining public relations and conducting strategic sourcing
-Public relations: responsible for government visit reception, official visits, conference organization and other daily relationship maintenance work, and maintain good government-enterprise relations
-Strategic sourcing: responsible for finding and establishing important customer relationships, completing the reception of cooperative customers, communication and establishment, signing of strategic cooperation agreements, follow-up of business orders and daily relationship maintenance
2. Assist the regional general manager in handling the company's internal work, including reporting and asking for instructions to the chairman and president of the headquarters coordinate the work communication between the regional company and the various departments of the headquarters to promote the business development of the regional company organize and hold regional company business coordination meetings to coordinate the business relations of various departments of the regional company
3. Assist the regional general manager in policy declaration, industry information collection and other work, including timely obtaining, sorting and reporting relevant industrial support policies of the local government, submitting relevant policy declaration materials to the government, applying for corresponding rewards or support funds, following up on the allocation of funds, and participating in the selection of relevant industry qualifications, titles and awards
4. Handle other tasks assigned by the regional general manager.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree.
Work experience:
More than 3 years of relevant work experience
More than 3 years of relevant work experience. Required majors: Political science, economics.
Other requirements:
1. Good moral character, good image and temperament, cheerful and sunny personality
2. Carry out work in the local area where the subsidiary is located, assist in handling and maintaining government resources, industry resources and various personal connections
3. Strong communication skills, high emotional intelligence, good at expression and listening, able to coordinate internal and external resources to solve public relations problems
4. Work experience in government industrial departments, industrial park operating companies, and strategic relationship departments of large enterprises is preferred, and those with experience in industry key account management, public relations, and public affairs are preferred
5. Proficient in office software, writing internal and external work reports and official documents. Language requirements: fluent in standard Mandarin, able to listen and write English.
