We are looking for a Commis II - All Day Dining based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a Commis II, we rely on you to:

• To prepare the food orders with high quality and consistency
• To ensure the hygiene standards are achieved according to the HACCP & ISO22000 requirements
• 預備食材及烹調食物
• 根據酒店的食物安全標準維持餐廳的衛生水平
  

We are looking for someone who has:

• 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in similar capacity
• Basic Knowledge of HACCP & ISO22000 
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• 一至三年相關工作經驗
• 基本食物安全及衞生知識
• 良好的團隊合作精神與溝通技巧
