What is your mission?

You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system
  • Prepare CRM reports for different stakeholders within the designated loyalty program
  • Provide system administration support and content update
  • Handle document submission and correspondences internally
  • Perform ad hoc projects and general admin matters as required

Who are we looking for?

  • Form 5 or above, fresh graduates are welcome
  • At least 1-year relevant experience in clerical support
  • Able to work independently
  • Detail-oriented, good problem-solving skills and communications skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) 
  • Willing to learn new system applications
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
