Roles & Responsibilities
1.Control the quality and style of 3d art, cooperate with programmers or TA to formulate 3D production standards, improve the quality of game 3D art, and organize existing art resources for optimization
2.According to project requirements, lead the 3D team to be responsible for the production of resources such as characters, scenes, animations, objects, special effects, and engine integration and other related work
3.Communicate and connect with planning and programming departments according to 3D art requirements, formulate work plans for the 3D art team, and ensure project progress
4. Proficient in engines and good technical background
5. Love games, be enthusiastic and proactive in work, be serious and responsible, and have good communication skills and team awareness.
Qualifications
1. Familiar with mainstream 3D software, familiar with the key points of PBR production process, SLG project experience is preferred, and have a deep understanding and knowledge of fixed-view games
2. Be able to understand the status and role of 3D art in game development, understand the working methods of planners and programmers, and can cooperate well with planners and programmers for development
3. Familiar with UE4 engine, familiar with resource import, resource management, performance optimization, etc., and good at balancing art performance and performance
4. Love games, have a strong sense of responsibility and full initiative, and can actively promote the progress of the project.
