Job Responsibilities:

• Provide daily Data Centre operational support, including system health check, batch job processing, report printing and backup tape handling
• Need to work on shift duty for the routine operations and administration of our clients’ network and systems hosted in Data Centre
• Perform 1st level of trouble shooting and reliable and quality backup management
• Perform Infrastructure monitoring and forwarding alerts
• Assign work tasks to team members for follow up
• Handle and manage the team in daily operation 

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in IT or related disciplines
• 2 year or above experience in data centre operation
• Candidate with supervise experience is an advantage
• Hard-working, punctuality and positive attitude;
• Able to work on-site, 7x24 shift and overnight shift
• Immediately available is preferred

Working Location:

• Disneyland (Sunny Bay)

Working Hour:

• Shift duty with 7 x 24
