Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the creator operation of Douyin's humanities and social sciences categories (history, literature, philosophy, social sciences, etc.), and responsible for indicators such as the scale of high-quality authors, contribution promotion, and content quality rate 2. Based on the understanding of the cultural industry Gain insight and understanding, plan and implement activities and hot spots with vertical category characteristics, and increase the overall scale of vertical category high-quality content 3. Discover and cultivate distinctive creators, connect internal and external resources on the site, and create benchmark cases for vertical category high-quality authors and content 4. Deeply understand the demands of humanistic creators and the industry, abstract common issues, form a scalable operation service plan, and continue to increase creators' investment in the platform.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, insights into video content, experience in operating content platforms or community-based platforms, PUGC/UGC More than 3 years of operating experience 2. Familiar with vertical industries, with work experience in humanities-related industries and vertical network resources (MCN/creator resources/expert and scholar resources, etc.). Priority will be given to those who have a background in humanities and social sciences or are enthusiasts 3. Have experience in content planning and operation, and be familiar with the overall link of content production, distribution, and dissemination 4. Have strong data analysis capabilities, conduct data analysis from a business perspective, and have practical experience in solving problems through data drive 5.
