Responsibilities
1. Responsible for popular science creators and content operations, improving the scale of high-quality authors and content quality, driving the growth of authors, and building a content ecosystem 2. Based on industry understanding and content consumption trends, regularly capture content gaps and create content through authors/ Content introduction, content planning and other methods can improve the richness and diversity of track content 3. Creators operate in layers, plan and implement vertical special activities, assist in author training, increase the scale of high-quality authors, identify and explore high-potential authors, and Create benchmark authors through creative guidance, resource matching, etc. 4. Responsible for industry activities and cooperative operations to increase the influence of Douyin science popularization in the industry.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, science, engineering or media-related majors are preferred 2. 2 years or more in science popularization or technology-related industries Candidates with operational experience are preferred 3. Have rich experience in content planning, strong sense of content, familiar with short video products, and understand the target user groups of popular science content 4. Sensitive to data, and maintain long-term interest and enthusiasm for the industry in which they are engaged 5 , Strong sense of work responsibility, able to withstand strong work pressure, possess team spirit and good communication skills.
