Responsibilities

1. Responsible for promoting the daily execution work within the team, formulating project schedules, and responsible for progress tracking and quality tracking, ensuring that work is completed as planned 2. Promoting the agile project management process within the team, responsible for the execution of tools, and from the perspective of project management Set out to promote and optimize the processes within the team 3. Assist the team to accumulate knowledge, collect and classify relevant documents and assets in a timely manner be responsible for meeting management and sorting out meeting content 4. Assist in establishing a clear, transparent and efficient communication mechanism, collect and prepare project management status reports 5. Responsible for supplier progress follow-up to ensure that outsourced resources are recovered as planned 6. Assist in promoting team building and be responsible for team building management.

Qualifications

1. Applicants with 3 years or more experience in game or film and television related project management are preferred 2. Familiar with the project management knowledge system and understanding of game art. Priority will be given to candidates with production processes and characteristics related to the film and television industry 3. Familiar with agile project management and have relatively standardized practical project management skills 4. Have good communication skills, learning abilities, and self-motivation be able to provide timely feedback on problems and handle work responsibly handle.
