Responsible for the daily management of labor suppliers, including not limited to supplier mapping, introduction, performance appraisal, elimination, etc. 3. Responsible for suppliers Diagnose delivery effects, regularly output delivery diagnosis reports, and formulate strategies to promote supplier delivery goals 4. Assist in designing Hema's labor employment methods based on labor laws and other corresponding laws and regulations.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above 2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in blue-collar recruitment management or labor supplier management experience, and certain research on the blue-collar market. 3. Familiar with labor laws and various employment methods, and have research on new national employment-related policies and tax laws. 4.
