Job Description - HR Coordinator_up to K_MNC_Asset Management

Job responsibilities

  • Coordinate Interview scheduling and provide support in talent selection, placement decisions
  • Support negotiation and close of employment offers
  • Administer new hire paperwork, including Due Diligence Form, execution of employment contracts.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs
  • Maintain accurate employee records using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Handle employee inquiries related to leaves, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in implementing and updating HR policies.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs


Job requirement 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
