Responsibilities
1. Support the data platform and architecture technical team, gain an in-depth understanding of the business situation and team operation status, understand the business strategy and promote the effective implementation of the human resources strategy in the business department 2. Design personnel growth paths and personnel training plans based on the business team situation. , effectively formulate and implement talent development plans and follow up on implementation 3. Provide support for team development, apply professional theories, methods, and tools to provide business teams with comprehensive solutions, including recruitment, training, performance, employee relations, etc. Resource work 4. Promote the construction of company culture and the rapid development of business.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of HRBP work experience 2. Understand the basic work of each module of human resources, and have the skills to recruit , training, performance and other practical experience 3. Familiar with relevant national human resources policies, laws and regulations 4. Self-driven, strong thinking, serious and responsible, friendly, able to bear greater work pressure, and able to adapt to the rapid development of the company work rhythm 5. Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
