Responsibilities
1. Understand the business status and team operation status of the Tomato Novel R&D team, understand the business goals, and provide relevant manpower solutions that meet the needs of the business team 2. Execute the organizational culture, talent development and other human resources work of the product R&D team, and assist the business department to improve the organization Performance 3. Combine the company's talent and organizational development framework, clarify competency quality models, design personnel growth paths and personnel training plans, effectively formulate and implement talent development plans and follow up on implementation 4. Provide support for the development of the team and apply professionalism Theories, methods, and tools provide comprehensive solutions for business teams, including industry research, culture, salary performance, employee relations and other human resources work 5. Promote the construction and implementation of corporate culture of business teams.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of human resources work experience 2. Understand the basic work of each module of human resources and be familiar with the organization Priority will be given to theories related to culture, talent development, organizational development, etc., and experience in building a cultural atmosphere, performance, and employee training system construction and implementation 3.
