Job Description - Human Capital Management & Administration

Responsibilities

  • Handle full spectrum of the recruitment process from job advertisement posting to offering.
  • Participate in job fair, student trainee program and other recruitment related activities.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
  • Conduct staff orientation and ensure a seamless on-boarding process for new hires.
  • Prepare HR reports and analysis timely and accurately.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of staff engagement programs and annual company events.
  • Participate in planning and driving various CSR initiatives with relevant internal and external parties.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR & Admin team as required.
  • Provide support for ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 3 years of solid recruitment experience in a sizable organization, preferably in the fitting out, building & construction, or engineering industry.
  • Less experienced candidates will be considered for the Assistant Officer role.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese as well as Mandarin.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Immediate available is preferred.
